It is to our deep regret to learn about the less than favorable experience you encountered as our guest. We do wish to once more apologize for any inconvenience you may have been caused as a result. It is our understanding, that you were let down due to the hotel policy concerning early check-in requests. We do wish to take advantage of the opportunity to once more reiterate on the matter. The official check-in hour onsite is 4pm. Early check-in requests onsite are being based solely on hotel room availability at the time of your arrival. Should an early check-in be available for your room type on arrival date our front desk team is more than happy to accommodate and depending on the hour of the early check-in, which a guest is requesting a fee does apply. We do see that our team placed your room on queue for higher priority with our housekeeping team and that we were able to check you in at 2pm or in other words two hours ahead of the official check-in time onsite. We do apologize if this caused you an inconvenience and took away from your overall impression and experience at the hotel. We usually encourage our guests, who expect to arrive very early in the morning to book the night prior to their early arrival date as well; this way an early check-in on arrival date is guaranteed and we are able to accommodate you right away upon arrival to our property. With this being said, please also accept our apologies if you felt disappointed with the pricing of services at the hotel. We can assure you that these are standard for the Miami area and as such have been priced compatibly with surrounding properties. We very much hope these have not affected your decision and that you will choose to join us again next time you travel to the area, as we do feel confident our hotel rates are comparable to similar hotels in the area, and we feel we provide good value given our excellent beachfront location, service and well-appointed facilities.
