Not sure what happened with staff at this location but they did not know what was going on. First they could not find my reservation, I had to contact Expedia to have them call the hotel; even though the hotel had previously contacted me about my stay details…. Then as I’m leaving the staff tells me I had paid for 3 nights but in fact I had only paid for 2 since I’m leaving Miami on Sunday, go figure. I think language was a little bit of an issue but who knows. Other than that the staff was friendly and having parking on premises is a plus. Location is also ideal. Would recommend but please step up your game if you have third party booking properties for you like Expedia make sure the staff knows how to handle such reservations as well, they were asking me to check Hotels.com when I have already paid for my stay a month in advance…

Basic Ok. 2 Blocks from Beach
Just an older hotel. No amenities, no driveway, no parking, no pool. Staff were super pleasant. Bell staff helpful. Beach walk and free trolley were a plus.

This property was marginal at best. The carpets and rooms smelled musty. Glass in window was cracked. Amenities were unavailable. Tremendous difficulty with keys functioning properly. Rate was purchased with breakfast but not recognized at check in. And then breakfast was scarce in offerings and had long waits for anything ordered and there were only a VERY small selection of snacks available for purchase. No perks at all. The wifi was not working well either. The area of the hotel is poor and surrounded by construction. Close restaurants near by were few and far between. Limited if any shopping options. The valet parking was convenient and nicely handled and it is a very close walk to the beach and the hotel did supply beach towels.

for a more comfortable stay at your hotel you need to have parking for your guest and you need to have more informative front desk staff, our stay was a disaster we ended up with a towed car and a couple of parking tickets.

Staff were friendly and helpful, giving me an early check-in when inquiring as to whether they could hold my bag as I caught an earlier flight. Always greeted and said hello etc. when passing through. Hotel is a nice distance along the beach and paved route down to ocean drive to start the day.

We were disappointed with our stay. The price paid for our room made us feel somewhat fleeced considering the hotel itself which was not up to our expectations of a Hilton property. I would not come back for a repeat visit.

Refreshing water at check in. Front desk ladies nice. Sheets sticky and hair on them. Fire alarm sounding every 5 minutes for hours this morning. Breakfast looked like a potluck and was $20 (not worth it). Price semi reasonable.

The rm had a strange odor, it wasn't strong but I noticed it whenever I entered the rm. There are certain items you expect when staying at a hotel such as body lotion, face soap, etc. Though, the rm had body gel, shampoo and conditioner- it was located in the shower so any person assigned the rm had access to use. I feel these items are personal, not community use.

When we arrived the shower was full of hair. The A/C was making a noise coming out of the filter housing and was never fixed. The costumer service reps were excellent.
