  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

We had a lovely stay at this property. The space is great for a large group and we had plenty of beds to accommodate our group as well. The hosts were very responsive and provided all the info we needed to ensure our stay went well. Check in and check out was very smooth! Thank you for hosting us !

Miami Oasis

Casa Marlin was a beautiful property for a bachelorette. Enough comfortable beds for everyone, updated kitchen and bathrooms and nearly full stocked house with everything needed (including electric balloon air pumps! But no shampoo or foil). If there were any issues the hosts were open to call/texting. A plus was that the hedges are even taller than in the listing photos! This was an amazing surprise because I was worried of privacy with the neighbors But it was great. The location was central and no Uber was too expensive (we went every direction and neighborhood in Miami), the neighborhood doesn’t feel the safest but everything was okay and it is one block away from Marlins park (can see it from the front yard)! I would 100% stay here with a group again.

Perfect House!

Our stay was absolutely perfect. We ended up being 10 girls for my bachelorette party and the house was perfect for everything we needed! David and Monica were great communicators and recommended a fantastic boat company for our day. The beds were comfy, kitchen and bathrooms were very clean, and pool was fantastic. 10/10 recommend

Such a fun house

My friends and I had a BLAST here for our friend’s bachelorette party. It has so much room and beds, perfect for a big group. Host was super communicative and responsive and fixed any issues immediately. No complaints at all!

Wonderful house and stay!

This is a wonderful, wonderful place to stay! The heated pool is fantastic and the layout of the house is perfect for a large family or group. We traveled with toddlers and had a fantastic time. You do have to drive to pretty much anything for ~15 mins, but it is centrally located to many of the things we wanted to see and is an ~7 min drive to all the great restaurants in Little Havana. David was very responsive and a wonderful host.

AMAZING STAY

We had the absolute BEST experience here! The place was so cute, clean, and was very homey. We had a large group and we never felt smothered in this home. The location was near everything we did! It truly was better than we could have asked. The host were amazing to work with, answered right away and were so sweet to us! HIGHLY RECOMMEND STAYING HERE!

Such a wonderful property!

This property was amazing. It had everything you could ask for! There were plenty of rooms & beds, full bathrooms, and a very comfortable living room and kitchen. The backyard was spacious & there was even another (separate) living space next to the pool, detached from the house with a full bathroom, bed, TV & desk. The property manager and home owner were so quick to respond to all 101 of my questions - seriously their response rate was less than 5 minutes! So helpful and accommodating. Location is awesome, less than 10 min to the airport & 15 to Miami Beach. Highly recommend this space!

Such a great experience!

From the very beginning everything was amazing, from David and Monica allowing us to do an early check in to the cleanliness of the property. We celebrated my bachelorette weekend with 12 ladies and had so much space to move around and feel comfortable. Unfortunately we had a tropical storm come through so there was a ton of rain. One of the toilets had a little issue(at no fault of the host or house, but the floods of rain). The hosts were quick to have someone come out to fix the issue. Great communication for our entire trip. The pool space is so fun and comfortable! I would definitely recommend this place again and will for sure be back to stay! Thank you David and Monica!

perfect house for a bachelorette

This house was amazing!! It was the perfect house for a bachelorette party of 11 girls. It comfortably fit all of us. The house was exactly like the pictures, and it was clean when we arrived. It was easy to communicate with the owner, and I received quick replies throughout our stay. We loved the pool and jacuzzi! There was an app that allowed us to control the settings however we wanted. We liked having a convenient pool house as well. The location was great for us. It was not far from the airport. It wasn't a far Uber ride to South Beach either. The house was 10/10 overall, and the girls loved it. It was definitely instagram worthy :) I will definitely stay here again and recommend to friends!

Great house, hosts, location

Our stay was fantastic. David and Monica answered all of my questions and requests promptly and were extremely accommodating. The house was amazing, identical to the pictures and extremely clean. They made the check in/checkout process very easy too. The house is in a great location where an Uber to everything we wanted to see was 10-25 minutes. Would 100% recommend a stay here.

Beautiful Vacation Home

Everything in this home was just perfect. We had an amazing time. It’s a tastefully done ultra clean home with the contemporary interiors. The home is even more beautiful than the pictures. The backyard is just wonderful, with the heated pool and jacuzzi. There are enough seating to hang out by the pool. The big dining table outside was also very helpful to accommodate all our kids. Staying in this home felt like a vacation in itself. Monica and David are great hosts.They were very kind and responded very quickly to our requests. We were also allowed to check in early. We are really thankful for that. Location is spot on with 15 minutes to beach, 10min to little Havana and 15min to the airport. Overall this a 10/10 home and anyone would be lucky to rent this for their next vacation. We will definitely rent it again when we are in Miami. Thank you!
