DINING/DRINKS: Terrazas Oceanfront Dining & Cocktails, Hyde Beach Kitchen + Cocktails.

*Please note that Parking and Resort fees must be paid at the property on arrival* (not included in the rate)
Also, a refundable deposit hold of $500 USD must be paid upon arrival.

-Resort fee: USD 40 Per day / per apartment + taxes
-For every non-registered guest, it will cost $50 USD daily. (Please register all of the guests before the check-in or send us their names before the arrival date)

-Valet parking pricing goes as follows:
1) 1-7 Days: $35+ tax/Day.
2) 8 Days and on $30+ tax/Day.

House rules:
- Smoking is not allowed ($200 fee)

- It is the tenant's obligation to abide by the rules and regulations of the building.
- Guest need to present at the Owners desk (available 24hrs) with their full name and ID. There they will need to pay for Resort Fee and Damage Deposit for the Building.

Our check-in and check-out processes are fully remote for your convenience. You will receive information about the procedure, which will be shared via direct message or through our guest portal, along with detailed instructions.
Check-in is completed online, and a refundable damage deposit ranging from $300 to $500 is required. This deposit will be returned 2 to 5 business days after check-out, provided there is no damage to the property.
Alternatively, you can opt for a non-refundable damage waiver, which ranges from $50 to $80 USD.
