Experience luxury living at the Icon Brickell & W Hotel! This beautiful 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom condo (1,000 sq ft) offers a private balcony with stunning, unobstructed views of the ocean and the sparkling city skyline.

Enjoy top-tier amenities including rooftop pools, a hot tub, full-service spa, modern fitness center, and valet parking. With high-end finishes and a prime location, this 31st-floor unit is perfect for a relaxing escape or a chic stay right in the heart of Brickell.

1) The form is sent 5 days before check in and must be completed before arrival.
Once submitted, it will trigger an email to collect all necessary information, including ID copies.

You will be contacted via text before check-in, using the phone number provided in the form.
The person contacting you from our team will meet you and check you in at lobby.

One key FOB is available in the apartment upon check-in. It is required for elevator access.

CLEANING:
› All of our properties are professionally cleaned and sanitized up to CDC guidelines and inspected before each stay to ensure your safety.
› Household cleaning supplies are provided (Windex, Clorox spray, etc.).

LOGISTICS:
› A welcome message with your personalized check-in instructions will be sent the day of your arrival.
› Check-in: 4:00 PM.
› Check-out: 11:00 AM.
› An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about availability and pricing

TV`s: All of our TV`s are Smart with access to log into your favorite streaming channels.

PARTIES & EVENTS: We do not allow parties or events. The home is located in a residential neighborhood and local ordinances dictate no excessively loud music or noise after 10PM. We would therefore to treat the neighbors as you would treat your own neighbors.

HOSPITALITY SERVICES: We also offer a selection of concierge services available (yachts, nightclub reservations, exotic cars, dining reservations, and entertainment).

CAMERAS: These are placed outdoor only, outsourced to an external professional surveillance company solely to be used for security purposes and ensure the safety of the property and traveler.

PERSONAL BELONGINGS: The host isn’t responsible for any packages delivery or personal belongings left at the property after check out.

BOAT AND YACHT CHARTERS: As we are hosting a lot of groups at our properties in Miami, we are able to offer preferred rates for our guests. If you’re interested in a boat or yacht rental, feel free to reach out so that we make sure you guys are in good hands.

CAR RENTALS: whether you are looking for a convenient car or an exotic car rentals, feel free to reach out if you’d like us to assist you and make sure you are taken care of by the best company on the market.

  • This place is right behind the James L Knight Center, right between the Brickell Avenue and the S.E. 2nd Avenue bridge. I was on the North side of the Miami River pointing my camera South East. I found plenty of parking for a reasonable price. Best time if you want lots of action would be Friday or Saturday night. For a more desolate nights I would recommend Monday thru Thursday night. Here you will find an incredible amount of photography opportunities to shoot for. While like any big city you will find a few homeless folks, the place was very clean and very well kept. Lots of new, very tall buildings have made the Miami landscape a very popular site for photography!

Viaggio con la famiglia
El personal del estacionamiento es muy malo… me atendió Esteban un chico que no fue nada amable. No es una renta barata y el apartamento no está en el mejor estado, los muebles están viejos y muy gastados es prácticamente pagar por quedarte en brickell creo que hay muchas cosas que mejorar.
