The Space:

LOCATION: Just 10 minutes by car from South Beach and less than a 10 minute walk from Mary Brickell Village and Brickell City Center, this luxury condo is ideally located so you can experience the best of Miami with ease.



FREE PARKING: One complimentary parking space is provided. You'll need to access the unit first to retrieve the parking key card, and then parking anywhere on the 5th floor of the Brickell Arch Garage. Additional parking is available at valet, and must be paid separately.



CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4PM and check-out is any time before 11AM. An early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.



BEDROOMS: This property sleeps 9 guests in 3 king beds, 1 queen sleeper sofa, and 1 twin rollaway bed. Smart TVs are located in each bedroom. See bed count below:

KITCHEN & DINING: The kitchen is fully stocked (300-piece culinary set) and has a full line of appliances (Vitamix blender and Cuisinart drip coffee maker included). The dining area has seating for 8, along with all the necessary dinnerware, and more.



AMENITIES: Pamper yourself with full access to all of the AKA Brickell's high-quality amenities like the heated resort-style pool, gym, spa, and restaurants. A washer and dryer combo unit is located within the unit with complimentary detergent.



POOL HOURS: 9AM to 9PM (subject to change with seasonality).



LUGGAGE STORAGE: The hotel valet will store luggage for $5 per bag without a time limit, ideal for an early arrival or late departure.



WHAT’S INCLUDED?: Iron and ironing board, steamer, washer/dryer combo unit, 1 pack-n-play crib, 1 high chair, stair gates, 8 beach towels, free high-speed WiFi, and Smart TVs for your streaming apps like Netflix. AREA: The approximate unit size is 2,300 square feet.



Guest Access:

Guests will can enter Hotel AKA on the ground floor, and then proceed to the 25th floor Sky Lobby. From there, a second set of elevators can be used to access the 26th floor.

Other Things to Note:

Guests are emailed visual check-in instructions and a door code 24 hours before check-in; they are also available through whichever travel website you booked. Please check your spam/junk/promotion folders and message us if you did not receive them by your day of check-in.



For guest and property protection, A/V surveillance is present at throughout the hotel's common areas. No surveillance is located inside the unit or at the unit's entrance.



Interaction with Guests:

Guests are given a self check-in, anytime after 4PM. If arriving before check-in time, you may leave your bags with the hotel valet. If anything is needed throughout your stay, just let us know!
