Located on a high floor of the W Hotel Residence, panoramic views of the bay and Downtown Miami. Largest layout unit will captivate you with its 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open living space, floor to ceiling windows and a kitchen equipped with marble countertops, a dishwasher, premium appliances by Wolf & Subzero. Resort-style amenities, café with poolside food and beverages. Walking distance to Whole Foods and coffee shops.

Both 2 bathrooms are stocked with toiletries (bar soap, shampoo), towels and a hairdryer.

The kitchen is fully stocked (with culinary set, all the necessary dinnerware and more) and has a full line of new appliances. The dining area sits 6, and there are an additional 2 bar stools.

Guest Access:
Our guest will have access to the hotels amenities including the state of art spa and the gym and Pool. Paid valet parking through the hotel. Please note, this unit comes with 4 amenity cards for adults, 2 additional children (Maximum) may use the amenities without an amenity card.

Getting Around:
Uber because you are located in the central part of the beautify downtown of Miami.

Interaction with Guests:

Very Nice week stay with exception of check in process

There was no phone number to call the day of arrival until 1 PM . Three of us flew in long internationa flights and had to wait until 1 PM or so to call and check if Apartmernt was avaiable before 4 PM. Meahwhile, there was no place to leave luggage and go to get soemething to eat.

The property is in a great location. The unit itself can use some tlc. The bathrooms were the most disappointing part of the unit. The showers were moldy and the shower doors had dirt along the bottom. The floors appeared to not have been polished in years. The staff in the lobby could have been friendlier. Unfortunately it didn’t have a personal touch because it’s ran my a rental property

Spa & gym are great. Locker rooms are fantastic. Great massage. Phenomenal food. Great food & great service at 15th floor restaurant called ADDiKT. Couldn’t ask for better room views.

Amazing View

The place where we stayed look just like the picture inside. There was irons, washing machine and dryer, 2 bathrooms, a nice view at night and during the day time. The host responded very quickly if we had questions, the pool and spa area is amazing. I definitely would recommend.

I was a little scared to see if the pictures were accurate. And they were!! Beautiful view, walking distance to a lot of restaurants and activities. South beach is about 15 minutes away. The biggest mall was about 28 minutes away. Only because of traffic. I loved this property I will book again whenever I come back to Miami !!

Modern Apartment with Fantastic Views

The photos in the listing are accurate. The apartment is tastefully appointed in a modern minimalist fashion with floor to ceiling windows and fantastic views in several directions. My teenage daughter was in instagram heaven. The beds were very comfortable. The hotel pool is also fantastic.
