Beautiful location and condo!

This condo was so beautiful and the views were truly incredible. Very clean when we got there and the staff was always helpful. The owner was quick to respond to our concerns via messenger. Only downsides to our stay were the TV being broken in the main living area for my NBA championship fans who wanted to have the game on. We called maintenance and he tried to fix it but ultimately said there was nothing he could do. The valet parking was actually $40/per day when we were told $33. We paid for early check in when we booked the condo 2 months in advance ($50), we didn’t realize it’s only a request and you won’t find out if it’s approved until a day or two before check in, which was kinda inconvenient when making plans to fly in. And the hot water did not work in the master bathroom shower or bath. All minor things that were annoying but the overall experience was incredible, will definitely plan a trip here again.

Retirement celebration

I’d like to start off by saying we wish we could leave 10 stars!!! The property was that wonderful. The Vrbo pics don’t even do the penthouse justice… it’s so beautiful on every level. From cleanliness to comfort of beds to balcony views, just paradise! Host communications were wonderful. Hotel staff extremely friendly and helpful. Fabulous appliances, roomy sub zero fridge, couldn’t have wanted anything more. We r already talking about wanting to stay at same property next time! Thank you Laure, we have memories to last a lifetime! God bless 😊

Stunning views and great location

The 41st floor unit was a great vacation stay. Stunning views of the oceanfront in a great neighborhood. Property Manager was great and the facility and the condo were spotlessly clean. Bathrooms and all amenities all worked very well and was really happy to have booked this property. Worth the price and wouldn’t mind going back again to stay in this property. Lifts in the building did take time due to the vacation crowds but was a small irritant in an otherwise perfect stay

Amazing views! Great place!

Wow! I don’t think I could have found a place with more amazing views! This place definitely met our expectations & we had an overall wonderful experience. I will definitely be staying here again in the future. The inside of the condo was nice & clean & was as described. The master bed was surprisingly comfortable. It’s an easy short distance walk to the beach. As a guest you get two chairs, an umbrella & three towels at the beach. The hotel staff was friendly & the check in process was easy. The property manager was easy to communicate with & answer any questions I had. It’s a short distance, maybe 10 minute drive to Hollywood Beach & Broadwalk. There was a bit of wait at times for the elevator but it’s to be expected being on the 41st floor. Something extra to plan for in your budget is a $35 per day resort fee & a $35 per day valet parking fee not included in the total & is charged upon check out. You can’t park at the property & would have to find parking offsite & walk there unless you do valet parking. A suggestion, it would be nice is to have a couple more chairs for the big wrap around balcony. There are only two. As for dishes, some regular bowls would be nice. We ended up buying some paper bowls from the Walmart nearby when buying groceries. We also ended up purchasing toilet paper & trash bags because there were no extras.

Most amazing property and hosts

The view is better than described. The property is incredible. Between the beach and the pool basketball court tennis and gym there is so much to do. It was perfect with my 6 and 11 year old boys. Staff in the building is friendly and the hosts of this property were communicative and helpful every step of the way. We will be returning right back Here. No need to ever look for another place in Miami Hollywood ft lauderdale area.
