- Resort fee : $40 + tax per Unit per day ( not per guest) . This fee is billed directly to the guest upon arrival .

-All guests 15 yo or above must be registered in the reservation , only people 18yo or older can make reservations .

- ID with photo will be required for all guests .

- A credit card will be required for the daily resort fee

- $250 security deposit refundable upon check out with credit card or debit card

- Additional guests will not be allowed to access in the units or common areas .

-Smoking is prohibited in the units .(any violations will be fined $ 200)
