Full open concept granite modern kitchen with all modern appliances, cookware and serving utensils, full dining room seats 8 and expansive living room with ocean views. Master bedroom panoramic ocean views with 3 luxury twin beds where we can assemble 2 twins as a king bed upon request, a private large bathroom private shower and stall, 3 twin beds in guest bedroom with direct ocean views, a full guest elegant bathroom with a shower/tub, and a full double bed in the 3rd bedroom off the living room. Washer and dryer available. WiFi and Cable TV included.

Private Poolside Cabana Available-
Our brand new upper-level poolside cabana is available to rent 10am - 8pm, during your stay. Our modern cabana features floor to ceiling sliding glass doors, flat screen TV, refrigerator, full bathroom with waterfall shower (perfect for hot shower right after the beach!), lounge chairs for sunbathing, and panoramic views of the ocean. IMPORTANT INFORMATION- Our property has recently completed a $35 million renovation of the interior and exterior of the building. Both upper and lower pools, Tiki bar, restaurant, and mezzanine pool deck are now open and in full operation.

In the rare event that an unexpected emergency maintenance issue occurs before or during your stay, a unit will be assigned that is of equal or greater value to the unit reserved. This is not a common occurrence and rarely if ever occurs. If the dates you selected are not available, we may have other alternative units available at the same beachfront property -- please inquire.
