This place worked out great for our family of 7 for one night before boarding a cruise. I appreciated having plenty of beds and two bathrooms. There's not a lot of living space, so if you're doing a longer stay you might want more space, but everything was clean and looked just like the pictures. Getting into the place was simple and checkout was also very easy. 5 stars!

When not 1, but 2 uber drivers tell you to NOT walk out at night, you know it’s a bad area. Only fitted sheets and comforters on beds, but the worst part of the stay…ROOSTERS!!! Yep…lots of them and chickens roaming around the yards (this one included) woke us up every 45 minutes to an hour starting at 1am. It was awful!!!

The house was nice on the inside but the outside is quite rundown with garbage everywhere. The shower was hard to navigate because the handle is broken. There was dirt and dead bugs in the corners of bedrooms. The laundry is outside and is on a dirt patch (no sidewalk). I couldnt find the key to go outside at first and the host never responded to any of my messages via the app or sms. Every morning we were woken up by chickens and a rooster at 4am. The rooms are not very dark and you can hear the airplanes. Bring ear plugs!

I wanted to like this stay due to the great location, but the whole house reeked of cigarettes. My group and I tried airing out the house and putting up with it, but the stench in the back bedrooms was very bad. We were all getting nauseous. We had to relocate. The owner refused to refund our stay. Vrbo customer service is very poor. The host told us the previous tenants smoked in the house. While the host did offer to have cleaners come by the next day, we had already had to book a last minute different stay. The house was unprepared for our arrival. That cigarette smell would not come out in a day.

The house was great for myself, my husband, and 4 friends. Everything was very clean and it was easy to find. Within walking distance to many things including a nice shopping center and less than 15 minute uber drive to a large amount of restaurants and clubs in wynwood.

Good for a crash pad

This is a much older house in an older neighborhood that is in the process of gentrification. There is a lot of trash in the neighborhood and there lots of interesting people. However, the house is clean and adequate for a short stay. The hosts must have a problem with parties because they were very concerned and required to see my ID, requested credit card info, and demanded I sign an additional contract. I would not stay here for a vacation but it was perfect for a few hours so we could sleep and shower!

Excellent location in the heart of Miami neat everything

Perfect for my family of 6 for a couple of days in Miami prior to a weekend in the Keys. Location is ideal in Wynwood - 15 minutes from anywhere you wish to go (airport, South Beach, little Havana, Coral Gabled, U of Miami, etc) and walking distance to Arts district. Host communicated well, the place was clean and beds were very comfortable and kitchen was set up nice for anyone staying longer than a few days. Highly recommended.
