The Space:

This spacious 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment accommodates up to 4 adults plus 3 children (see house rules), making it well suited for families, couples traveling together, or group stays.

Throughout the day, the space feels open and airy; at night, the city lights reflect across the water, becoming part of the experience.



The fully equipped kitchen is integrated into the living space and provides everything needed for everyday cooking.



The layout flows naturally toward the large curved balcony, where guests can relax, dine, or simply enjoy the elevation and passing boats below.



The primary bedroom features a king bed and ample storage, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and comfortable proportions; both are designed with dedicated workspaces for remote work and longer stays. The entire space is included in this rental. After a smooth check-in at the building’s front desk, guests have full access to the apartment for the duration of their stay. Enter safely and comfortably, then focus on what matters — whether it’s relaxing, enjoying sunsets over Biscayne Bay, or spending time with family and friends.



The apartment is designed to support both leisure and business stays, so you can stay productive if needed, while enjoying your time by the bay.

Lyft or Uber presents a convenient transportation choice when navigating Miami, and you can readily access complimentary public transportation like the Trolley and Miami Metromover. We highly recommend utilizing the nearby Miami Metromover for your travel needs.



PARKING RULES

*** $200 fee for one parking spot for entire duration of your stay. Parking request must be made right after booking and no later than 24 hours before check in.

*** Parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis. If you wish to park more than one vehicle, parking fee for each additional vehicle is $200 per month, subject to availability. Advance notice is required if you need parking.

*** $48 daily valet fee is also available and you pay directly to building each day.



Please note that the valet parking garage enforces a height limit of 6'6", which accommodates most large SUVs but excludes trucks or vans. Should your vehicle exceed this height restriction, your only recourse would be to seek limited street parking with metered alternatives. Vehicles like slingshots, motorcycles, and scooters/mopeds cannot be accommodated by the valet service, and no electric charging stations are available in the valet area.



Furthermore, within our retail lobby, you'll find an Enterprise rental car company, providing added convenience for your transportation needs.
