Parking: This unit includes one parking spot behind the building, and if more spaces are needed, feel free to utilize street parking as there is tons and tons of space.

Please remember that you`re staying in a house, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on-site 24/7. Also, please don`t flush beauty products or anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
Check-in is after 4 PM and check-out is by 11 AM so our team has time to prepare the home. Early check-in may be available for $35/hr to help cover added staffing and scheduling needs.

Additional Rules:

If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back. Treat this place as if it was your home.
