Toilet paper, garbage bags, and basic toiletries will be provided for the guests at the beginning of the stay. It will then be the guest's responsibility to provide for these for the remainder of their stay.

➤The air conditioning and heating are controlled by the central HVAC system serving the main house, and the thermostat is not accessible to guests staying in this unit.

Other Things to Note:

➤ Please note that this unit does not have an individual thermostat. The air conditioning and heating are controlled by the central HVAC system serving the main house, and the thermostat is located inside the main residence. Guests staying in this unit cannot independently adjust the temperature. While we strive to maintain a comfortable indoor environment, temperature settings are managed centrally and may not accommodate all personal preferences.



➤ Unfortunately, I can't offer a bag drop-off service. For those arriving early or having a late flight, you can use bagbnb site to find options to drop off your bag for a fee.



➤ I am not responsible for lost packages. If a package arrives at the property while you’re away it will be returned to sender. Please make sure that if you are ordering a package you will physically be there to receive it as I will not be able to track it for you.
