They did not have king size bed when I got there . The sprinkler system had cow webs on it, I would say the hotel is kinda filthy .

The room is very bad, dirty, and smells dirty. The staff is not helpful. My experience was very bad in this hotel. On the first day, they gave us a room that was not the same room that I had booked. On the second day, they gave us our room that we had booked, and they did not clean the room until after a phone call to remind them to clean the room. I had to cancel the reservation. We left a day early due to the bad condition of the hotel

Bathtub was broken to shoeboxes with broken. The fridge was leaking. Space was not clean enough did not look like what it showed online and was not affordable for this price. I expected more.

The plumbing needed attention (in my unit.) The tub was barely draining. Bathroom could use renovation. Main thing I disliked is the fact that the GYM closes very early, at 8pm. I don’t see a reason for such early closure, while most hotels (even in the same area) are 24hrs. My only guess is because they have the restrooms and sauna inside as well; safety concern during the night hours.

Bruyant, on entend le bruit des voisins. Il y a des odeurs de marijuana partout dans les corridors de l’hôtel et si la chambre est proche de la chute à déchets, ça sent les déchets. Le jour du Shabbat ils programment 2 ascenseurs sur 3 pour qu’ils s’arrêtent à tous les étages automatiquement pour que les juifs n’aient pas à appuyer sur les boutons. Ce qui laisse seulement qu’un ascenseurs rapide pour tout l’hôtel. Ça cré un embouteillage aux ascenseurs.

We have stayed at this property before. We knew what to expect. The room was clean. As it was Spring Break, the property wasn't crazy busy, beach was busy as expected. The elevators could be more efficient and they were very slow at times. There is no longer a restaurant on the premises. The poolside bar and grill was adequate bartender was excellent

Lo que no me gusto que cuando fui a pedir una toalla de playa la empleada del hotel me la negó, le dije que mi bebé de un año estaba temblando de frío y me contesto que no le importaba, había más personas pidiendo toallas y ella se las negaba y tenía muchas, ella fue a llamar a seguridad y dejo las toallas ahí , entonces otro huésped agarra 3 y me dio una para mi hijo y la empleada del hotel se me fue encima dos veces pidiendo que le regresara la toalla , casi me golpea por la toalla a la que tenía derecho ya que estamos pagando por eso. Me dio mucho coraje y dolor de cabeza por el incidente al ver la insensibilidad de el personal y a mi hijo lo tuve que ir a meter al sauna para que no sufriera más con el frío, mi bebé se enfermo le dio mucha fiebre esa noche y ya no disfrutamos más.

Needs major updating. The bed mattresses were cheap and sunk-in. Desk and chairs VERY cheap. Oceanfront but NO hot tub??? Great view from the balcony, but the old uncomfortable room make the stay not enjoyable. Some of the staff looked depressed and slightly rude too. Plus my reservation wasn't transferred from Expedia into their computer!

There was a shortage of elevators. It took a long time to wait for one. The area between the lobby and the pool smelled. The pool closed at 6pm- much earlier than it should.

The staff were very friendly and they have great beach access. However, there were ants all over my room and my bed, the didn’t come service the room when asked, and on Saturday their entire pool was taken over by a Zumba camp of 15 year old girls so we couldn’t enjoy it.

Finally got my keys to the room to find broken tv, then they switched me to another room and the stove was not working, then changed to another room with a broken fridge light and a half broken shower handle at this point I gave up with changing rooms. I waisted 4 hrs for no reason the staff are not useful. They where suppose to provide new light bulb for the fridge and the never did. After several days me and my wife started experiencing rash like symptoms from BED BUGS we left our vacation early due to this. Was the worst experience I had. When we arrive back home in Toronto my wife went to the hospital. She is now on medication and creams. If I could add photos I would no option. No room service what so ever!!!!

Spend a little more and stay elsewhere in the area. This property is old (not in a good way) and in need of major renos. Only 1 of 5 elevators was in service. No amenities. The fire alarm in our room (?) was going off and it took 5 hours to resolve, only after 4 calls and 2 trips to the front desk. Front desk staff were very kind but seemed unable to respond to all the issues in the hotel. Don’t book it!!
