Only 1 Parking Spot Available! The driveway is shared with another unit. If you've got two vehicles, no worries—park one on-site and the second just down the street, ensuring no inconvenience to neighbors.



Get ready to step into a tastefully renovated and beautifully decorated home with stylish finishes that'll make you feel like you're in your own cozy and welcoming vacation spot! Close to all the excitement Miami offers, this modern vacation home boasts a fully equipped kitchen with all the bells and whistles - modern appliances, cookware, dishes, utensils, and more. There is 1 unit detached from your own unit that hosts world travelers like yourself. You'll also have access to a shared patio and grill for those lovely outdoor gatherings.



The Master bedroom comes with a spacious bathroom, while the living space is perfect for entertaining or enjoying a delightful family dinner. Accommodating a maximum of 7 guests, this 3-bedroom, 3-bathroom house is the ultimate holiday retreat!

Would give a zero star

The welcome email stating to not flush anything INCLUDING toilet paper in any of the 3 baths?? I’m sorry, what??? I can’t imagine telling your guests to not use the facilities provided, the day of check in! A very large cockroach the moment upon entering was quite offputting. Communication was ok, accommodations need TLC even thought recently updated. Also, this is a shared unit, which may not bother some but shared access not separate entrances. It should also be indicated which tenant should have access to driveway to park or to park in street.
