The health, safety, and well-being of our guests are a priority. We use a thorough cleaning process after each checkout.



★ QUIET HOURS ★

Quiet hours run 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM per Miami-Dade County guidance and building rules. Please be mindful of neighbors, especially in shared spaces.



★ NO SMOKING ★

Smoking is prohibited inside the unit and throughout the building. Any smoking evidence will result in odor removal and furniture cleaning fees.



★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★

We kindly ask you to treat the studio as your own to preserve its condition for future guests and your return visits.



★ OCCUPANCY ★

Maximum occupancy for Sky Mirage is 2 guests. Any guests over the maximum occupancy will be asked to leave. Over-occupancy is subject to a penalty of $500 per day per guest.



★ BUILDING REGISTRATION & FRONT DESK CHECK-IN ★

The Association requires all guest information to be submitted prior to arrival. Upon arrival at District 225, all guests must register and check in at the front desk in the lobby with a valid government-issued photo ID to complete registration and receive building access.



★ EARLY CHECK-IN / LATE CHECKOUT ★

Early check-in or late checkout may be available if another guest is not arriving or departing on the same day. A fee applies. Please contact Villa Paraiso Vacation Rentals through the app to arrange.
