The unit is on one of the higher floors, tucked away from street noise.

Metered street parking is right outside the condo, and a parking garage is only about 1 block away.

If you plan on arriving on a Friday or Saturday for more than five nights, please inquire about availability before booking. We usually do not allow Friday or Saturday arrivals if the stay is more than five nights since it would cover two possible weekends.

BED SET-UP:
Please get in touch with our home caretaker via EMAIL at least 7 days before your arrival with your preferred bed set up (if you are singles or couples/queen/king beds vs. twin beds).

SOPHISTICATED CUSTOMIZED BED SETUP:
Please see the floor plan for furnishings and bed setup options.
Please note that we have a sophisticated and flexible customized bed set-up for each guest, where each bedroom can be set up with 1 Queen/King or 2 Single beds.
For king-size bedding, we use a memory foam mattress topper, a king-size mattress cover, a king-size fitted sheets so there is no seam, and where you can enjoy the extra memory foam comfort.

SHEETS, DUVET & BEDDING
- We provide 2 Twin size down comforters for a King size bed set up or 1 Twin down comforter for each Twin size bed set up. (1 per person)
- We provide 4 pillows for a Queen/King size bed set up and 2 pillows for each Single bed set up (that is 2 per person)
- When a Queen/King size bed set up is requested, 2 single bed frames are placed together covered with memory foam and a Queen/King size mattress cover. (So, you get the comfortable Queen/King size bed experience).
- We use duvet sheets around each down comforter, common in Europe and most modern hotels. The duvet sheet cover sheets get washed before each guest's arrival.

Therefore, we do not use any additional top sheets, as the duvet sheet that covers the comforter is the fitted top sheet

On the same 8th block as oceanfront SoBeSuites by AmericanVacationLiving (as seen with clay roof in some aerial photos), you can also find Rooftop at Tiffany with heated pool access from $25/pp with a Resort Day Pass featuring Poolside Bar/Food/Beverage, Towel service, Wifi (subject to availability & price fluctuation), next to News Cafe. You can take the Ocean Ct back alley for about a 2-minute walk in between SoBeSuites by AmericanVacationLiving and Tiffany.
