The house is a beautiful home in a Beautiful Area of the North Miami Highland Lakes neighborhood, close to the Ocean, close to Aventura Mall. perfect for any type of gathering. Here are some details on this beautiful getaway:
— You will have access to the entire two story mansion.

The whole house has Wi-Fi throughout.
— Parking: The front of the house has a driveway with parking for 4 cars.
— We have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests.

— Comes completely stocked with cooking needs, including a huge selection of pots,, serving dishes, platters, glasses, cups, and more.
— Plenty of cooking knives for the chefs in the family.
— Enough Forks/Spoons/Knives/Plates for everyone in the family (the house sleeps many people, and we’ve never had anyone run out of utensils).
— Coffee machine a kettle and a toaster. Enjoy an early morning sunrise with fresh coffee or tea at the 2nd floor balcony or pool area.
— Full-sized dishwasher, including dishwasher soap
— Includes a roll of paper towels, sponge, and various other kitchen utensils.

We’re actually surprisingly close to everything! We are easily accessible to I-95 which will take you everywhere fast. Uber (takes about 5 minutes for an Uber to show up).

Our valued guests will enjoy complete access to the entire house, including convenient amenities such as laundry facilities, a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, Wi-Fi, and TVs for their entertainment. Embrace the outdoors with a patio table adorned with recliners, an umbrella, and beach chairs, perfect for relaxing and soaking up the sun. For culinary enthusiasts, a BBQ grill is at your disposal. Rest assured, free parking is available for up to four cars, and the convenience of a washer and dryer is provided. We understand the importance of a seamless check-in process and strive to accommodate your schedule whenever possible. Experience the ease and security of our keyless entrance system, as we will provide you with a unique code to access the house upon check-in.

When you arrive please let me know that you are inside the house, and everything is great.

Please only park in 4 parking spaces.
For your convenience, we do provide the following at the time of your check-in:
- Bedding and towels
- Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, toilet paper, wash clothes, paper towels, trash bags, dishwasher detergent.
Please be considerate of the neighbors and bring all the gatherings inside the house at 9 pm.
If any city authorities come by the property, please immediately call me. You may be asked to vacate the property If the police are called for breaking the rules.
-Dear guest, please make sure you are responsible for all parcels you ordering before during and after your stay (in case any shipping delay), host doesn't able store or sending it overstate
Once a month a gardening company will enter the backyard to cut the trees and collect dry leaves.
* If something breaks down or doesn't work during your stay, maintenance comes to the unit and fixes it within 24 hours (business days), after your request

If you are staying with us on the days of garbage removal, please place the garbage container outside as provided at the "check in details"
We understand that your plans might change, requiring a late check-out or even an extension of your stay. Please be advised that the late check-out is subject to availability, and provided with a fee of $100 for 12 PM or $130 for 2 PM checkout. *Please let us know in chat as soon as possible.
POOL CLEANERS ALWAYS SHOULD BE CONNECTED, FOR NOT FOLLOWING THIS RULE A FINE OF $500 WILL BE ISSUED TO THE GUEST!!!
