Guest Access:

Guests check in at the building front desk with a valid photo ID and their unit details for registration, then head up by elevator to the studio. You'll have full use of the home plus building amenities including the rooftop pool, the fitness center, and the lobby café. Paid parking is available on-site and nearby (rates set by the building operator and paid directly to them). Complete access instructions are shared after your booking is confirmed and the required documents are signed.



The Neighborhood:

You're in the heart of Downtown Miami, steps from the waterfront and surrounded by dining, culture, and entertainment. Bayside Marketplace and the marina sit nearby for open-air shopping, restaurants, and boat tours, and the downtown arena — home of the Miami Heat — is an easy walk for games and concerts. Bayfront Park offers green space along Biscayne Bay, while the museums near the water round out the culture scene. The energy of Brickell's restaurants and nightlife is just south, and the colorful street art and galleries of Wynwood are a short ride north. Miami's famous beaches, including South Beach, are a quick drive across the bay.



Getting Around:

This is a very walkable, central location — many restaurants, shops, and attractions are within a short stroll. The nearby Metromover offers free, easy connections around Downtown, Brickell, and the arts district. Ride-shares are plentiful day and night. A car isn't necessary to enjoy the area, but if you drive, paid parking is available on-site and nearby (rates set and collected by the building operator). Miami International Airport is a short drive away.

- No smoking or parties permitted

- Guests must sign the rental agreement and check-in form before arrival - these are mandatory to confirm your reservation and receive access instructions

- Please review all house rules prior to arrival for a seamless experience

- Please do not throw, drop, or pour anything from the balcony; items falling can create serious hazards and may result in fines from building management

- Rooftop pool and outdoor areas have building-enforced hours (Sun-Thu until 9:00 PM, Fri-Sat until 11:00 PM)

- Quiet hours are 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM; please be respectful of neighbors

- Only initial consumables (toiletries, coffee, paper products) are provided; additional supplies can be requested for a small fee

- Mid-stay cleaning services are available upon request for an additional fee

- Parking is available for a fee, with rates set and collected directly by the building operator
