    Located at Beachwalk Resort offers a swimming pool, gym, restaurant, high-speed internet, business center, 24/7 security, and Valet parking*. Free shuttle to the beach.

    Check-in at the front desk 24/7. *$30 resort fee not included.
    The minimum check-in age is 18 years old.

    Our modern beautiful superior condo is fully furnished and equipped and renovated with vinyl floors.

    The bedroom features Two comfortable Queen beds, a 40" TV, A desk with a chair, free Wi-Fi, an American coffee machine, a mini-fridge, a closet with a security box, an iron with an ironing table

    As a guest of ours, you have access to all hotel amenities.

    Walking distance to the beach, many shops, and restaurants.

    The unit has an enormous balcony facing north where you can enjoy views of the Intracoastal waterways and the Atlantic Ocean with the same views in the bedrooms and living room area.

    This apartment is located at the Beachwalk Resort at the corner of Hallandale Beach Boulevard and the Intracoastal Waterway, conveniently located between Miami Beach to the south, and Ft. Lauderdale to the north.
    It is just one easy block to the beach and minutes from the most fabulous nightlife, dining, shopping, and recreation experience.

    Other things to note:
    PARKING IS NOT included.
    **Parking is paid directly to the resort. $30 per day.

    **Occasionally, during the high season, there is a wait for the elevators.

    **RESORT FEE IS NOT INCLUDED
    $30 per day for stays of 1–6 days
    $25 per day for stays of 7–15 days
    $20 per day for stays of 15–29 days
    $300 per month for stays of 30 days

    >>For extended stays beyond 30 days, the fee is $300 plus $10 per additional day.

Stay was short and sweet

The stay was wonderful, only compliments I have are the toilet seat was broken and on the side of toilet upon check in, and our phone didn’t work, the elevators got super crowded and hot, definitely need more elevators for a building that size

Clean in Great Location & View

Clean room, comfy beds. View off the balcony was nice. Property nice with a shuttle to the beach. Restaurant on property is closed down. Nice location, short walk or uber to strip. 4 star not 5 due to unit needing some TLC, like a fresh coat of paint and the towel rack was hanging off the wall. Some wall outlets need replaced, too loose to hold a plug.

Poorly advertised and unclean

This property could use some TLC. It’s a very small studio, scuffed walls, hot water doesn’t work in bathroom sink, sheets not clean. very dirty floors, refrigerator to be defrosted, old worn chair, and toilet seat is broken. The only positive thing is the outdoor sitting area and the view that isn’t an ocean view as advertised. Pay attention to advertising with the price per night.

Nice place

Everything in the ad was accurate. View from balcony was lovely. Unfortunately when we arrived the toilet seat was unattached. We had the building maintenance come up and they had a temporary fix but the seat was barely attached. We called and texted the owner but for the 4 days we were there we never received a response. The building said they could not do anything else without the owners permission. I hope it gets fixed before the next guests arrive.

Double-Booked My Room

I booked and paid in full 2.5 months in advance, but 24 hrs before the reservation, I was asked to cancel my reservation due to "a pending storm". I didn't cancel, there was no storm, and when I keyed the room open, there was someone else already in the room. I was the only adult and had 3 children with me. It took hours to resolve - we didn't get a new room (not as nice as the one I paid for) and we didn't get into it until after 11pm on 4 July. What a nightmare - I will be complaining directly to VRBO....

Cute and clean studio, 23rd floor

The place is clean, the balcony has a great view of partial ocean and city view which was a plus. The only thing that was difficult was the check in process. First of all they say it’s a resort but the only thing resort-ish is the fact that you needed a wrist band to get to the mediocre pool; it closes at 5:30 and the ‘bistro’ bar was pretty whack. Check in is at 4 and there’s NOTHING to do until then- they won’t even let u chill by the pool. Parking is VALLET ONLY AND IS $30 A DAY! Now the vallet guys were SUPER CHILL but the older lady at the front desk was HORRIBLE. The way she talked to us was beyond RUDE and condescending. She also let her coworker do all the work while she stood there in plain sight, in front a LONG LINE of people waiting to check in and was talking on her personal cell phone, about her personal issues (we speak Spanish so we heard the whole thing). I work in customer service and at the very least she could have stepped out of customers sight to handle a personal matter. The elevators- Believe what they say- it’s looooooong and the staff (maintenance and house keeping) us the same elevators throughout the day. It can get frustrating waiting 10-12 mins for a ride up/down. But this rental was fantastic. The listing is correct and nothing against the person who listed this unit. They were great!
