The Space:

Rent bikes and explore the lively Hallandale Beach neighborhood at your own pace. At Beachwalk Resort, your stay isn’t just accommodation—it’s your gateway to the vibrant essence of South Florida.



Inside the studio, unwind in comfort with two plush full-size beds and a private bathroom stocked with complimentary toiletries. Step onto your private balcony to savor tranquil views, or kick back and enjoy entertainment on the in-room TV. Whether you're starting your day with peaceful morning moments or winding down after a day of fun, this studio is the perfect retreat for your South Florida escape. Please note that this unit type does not include a kitchen. If you would like access to a kitchen, I recommend booking one of my 1-bedroom or 2-bedroom apartments instead.

These fees are collected directly by the resort at check-in and are required to complete your stay.



Mandatory Resort Fee (per day):

● 1–7 nights: $30 per day

● 8–14 nights: $25 per day

● 15–29 nights: $20 per day

● 30+ nights: $300 per month + $10 per additional day.



Incidental Security Deposit – $250 (Refundable)



A refundable $250 security deposit is required at check-in to cover incidental damages or charges.



The deposit will be refunded within 7–10 business days after check-out, provided no deductions are applied.



Refund timing may vary depending on your financial institution.

Hallandale Beach is a city on Florida's east coast, between Fort Lauderdale and Miami. Palm-dotted Hollywood Beach is backed by the long Hollywood Beach Broadwalk. ArtsPark at Young Circle features an outdoor amphitheater and a striking fountain. Nearby, the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood offers contemporary exhibitions and performances. The Anne Kolb Nature Center is a reserve with mangrove trails and an aquarium.

Uber, rental cars and cabs are recommended.

Resort Fee (Daily Charge):

• Stays of 1 to 7 nights: $30 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 8 to 14 nights: $25 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 15 to 29 nights: $20 per day, plus applicable taxes

• Stays of 30 nights or more: $300 per month + $10 for each additional day, plus applicable taxes



Incidental Property Security Deposit – $250:

• A refundable security deposit of $250 is required at check-in to cover any incidental damage or

charges incurred during your stay.

• This deposit will be refunded within 7 to 10 business days following check-out, provided no deductions are necessary. Processing times may vary depending on the guest's financial institution.

• Packages may be collected from the package room between 9 AM - 5 PM



Complimentary: beach/pool towels and 2 beach chairs

Extra beach chairs and umbrellas are available at the beach for an additional fee (Please note that the beach chairs and umbrellas rental is not part of the resort and managed by a 3rd party company).



A 3% card fee will apply in the event of a cancellation that results in a refund.
