Il condominio Tides si trova direttamente sulla bellissima Hollywood Beach. Due edifici a 16 piani gemelli sorgono sulla spiaggia con due piscine riscaldate, due centri fitness, cinema, yoga, spa, caffetteria, sala, biliardo e servizio parcheggio 24 ore al giorno. I rigogliosi giardini tropicali dispongono di 4 capanne tiki, aree salotto all'aperto e accesso diretto alla spiaggia. Spaziose unità offrono balconi frontali in vetro, vista sull'oceano e intracoastal. Il Westin Hotel & Resort si trova accanto e nel complesso, in posizione centrale rispetto al quartiere dei divertimenti di Hollywood Boardwalk, al complesso GulfStream Horse Racing Casino e al centro commerciale Adventura, tutti a pochi minuti di distanza. Questa unità si trova all'11 ° piano, sul lato nord, in modo da poter vedere l'alba e il tramonto dal balcone.

Apartment could be cleaner. Window sills and door could be cleaner. Paint needed in spots also. Also balcony chairs not comfortable at all. But all in all still better than staying in a hotel room and had everything we needed.

Upon check in we had to go to a different building to get key fobs (which were an additional (60) for access to our building. Our condo was run down; mold and wall rot from prior water damage from the air conditioning located in the ceiling. We had a flood issue water running down wall in hallway standing water on floor. This condo is out dated and needs work, not just a bandage, but renovations. A book/guide with Check in/out rules, places to visit and restaurants binder would be helpful. Went to do laundry and a laundry card was needed to run the machines. The place to get the laundry card was in the other building, which was closed. Terrible communication from the owner, other than the return call regarding the flood issue. The upside was complimentary passes to the beach chairs and umbrellas.

The property is in an excellent location, with both the pool and beach access being major highlights.However, several aspects of the stay were less positive. The additional fees, while disclosed, felt excessive—particularly the 30 charge per two adults for mandatory fobs that must be returned, as well as the need to purchase a laundry card before adding credits. Both items can only be obtained in another building, and the office operates only during standard business hours, which was inconvenient.Common areas could benefit from more attention. Elevator wait times were consistently long, and the hallways were in noticeable need of a deep clean.The condo itself was functional but quite dated, and it appeared that deep cleaning and routine maintenance are not prioritized. There were visible marks on doors, walls and fans, a tub that did not drain properly, partially blocked shower heads, and a fire alarm with a dead battery that beeped throughout our stay.In past VRBO stays, basic cooking staples left by previous guests have been helpful. While not required, even a small amount of cooking oil would make short stays more comfortable.Overall, the location is excellent, but improvements in cleanliness, maintenance, and guest convenience would significantly enhance the experience.

Great location, checkin was a little long and the property people were not very friendly. Thats really all the negative we had for our stay. The property was clean and the apt was very well stocked and there was plenty of things for the beach in the closets. Beds were great. Slept very well. Not a lot of noise. Great Views. Nice area and beach

The condo itself is older/dated along with the furnishings, but! It has everything you need, it was clean and the beds are comfortable! The building is dated too and the gym could use some updating as well but, it was nice to have something. The pool is nice, right on the beach, cute little coffee shop and in a good location! For the price, certainly a great deal! It’s about a 3-5 min drive to Hollywood Beach Broadwalk which was a lot of fun! Lots of restaurants, shops and live music.I saw a lot of complaints about check in before we arrived, but we had no issues. Just see valet first before you go to check in and bring your whole party to get wristbands. I also saw people complaining about bug problems but we had no issues in our building or unit. The hosts were very accommodating and had a good response time! Thanks for a good stay!

Property Managers are awesome! The condo is awesome! People at the front desk are not very friendly, rest of the staff is not the friendliest, but it is worth staying. Between the Condo, Property Manager you work with it is worth it all.

L'appartement est parfait pour une famille, avec ses 2 chambres et 3 lits, 2 salles de bains, cuisine complète et fonctionnelle. La vue sur la mer et sur le canal à partir du balcon est excellente. Accès à la plage et mer à partir de l'hôtel. Le point négatif est l'accueil qui se fait au receiving administration est complexe, nous avons cru que nous devrions trouver un autre hébergement tellement c'est complexe.

Good stay

Overall it was good. Condo was clean. It was late when we arrived so registration was closed. It was difficult and stressful. Description advertised 2 chairs and an umbrella at the beach but you had a buy a voucher at the registration office. Service elevator was down and at certain times of the day you had to wait a while for a ride down to the lobby.

The reviews said everything was with8n walking distance. Everything is at least 1.5 to 2 mile walk. We also disnt have enought.p. in our place or papertowls . Only 2 wash cloths per bathroom. 1 for each person for 5 days. For as much as we spent you would think they would leave you enough for the wk. Also the key ards were $30 each instead of $20 like they quoted us.

Honest Review

Ok people, here’s an honest review of the condo, from someone who stayed here for a solid week in July. Let me start with the pros. This condo is clean, and in good shape. It shows a little wear, but so does my house. It is very well stocked with towels (beach and bath) and plenty of blankets. The beds are comfortable and we easily slept all 6 of us, although our youngest made up a bed on the floor since they didn’t want to share. The keypad to get into the unit is easy to use. The pool area is very clean and was never crowded, we were always able to find a chair and the kids enjoyed the pool. The beach area was also never crowded, no matter what time of day we went down. The unit comes with two beach chairs, an umbrella, toys for the kids, even a small cooler. There is a little cafe just off the lobby area, great for a quick coffee, and also convenient to grab milk and toilet paper. Walmart is really close for grocery purposes. Cons: The check in process is a bit of a hassle, but as long as you expect it and have patience, it’s fine. Be sure to get to the office by at least 4:00 to check in and bring your whole party so they can get the bracelets to access everything. There need to be instructions on how to lock the keypad and also checkout instructions. Some things I would recommend- A toaster A pair of scissors A net for the kids to catch fish New pillows for the master bedroom Overall I give it 4 stars. We had fun.

Great communication with owner/manager when needed. Place was clean and comfortable. Nice little deli on first floor for breakfast/lunch and also sold wine/beer. Quick Uber ride to Walmart for supplies.

Great overall vacation experience

This property is a great value for the area. The beach is fantastic and the unit comes with 2 beach lounge chairs and umbrella, set up daily by an attendant. In the unit was a wagon, extra beach chairs, boogie boards and toys. Many other guests were jealous of our wagon! The complex was clean and well managed, with no wild spring break college groups to deal with. Definitely a peaceful family atmosphere. The view of the intercoastal and ocean are great from the 11th floor unit. It's not super fancy and the unit/complex is a bit older than most other properties in the immediate area but it's also priced 3x's or more lower than most condos nearby - and the beach/ocean are the same! The pool area was clean and well maintained and the water was bathtub warm. We did not rent a car and had reasonably priced uber rides to nearby restaurants - including up to the Hollywood beach boardwalk which is exactly 2 miles north of the complex. My family had a wonderful vacation and would book again.

Disappointed

We were very disappointed in the condo. The floors were very dirty and there were little black bugs in the bathroom and the one bedroom. I have never slept on beds and pillows that were so uncomfortable. The doors were dirty and beaten up. This condo was not worth the money. The shower curtain fell down twice and on the last day the hood over the stove fell down on one side. The property is not in walking distance to any restaurants so you need a car if you are staying there. There are a lot of extra charges for everything. We enjoyed the weather and there were fun things to do but it is an extremely busy area. The ocean view was beautiful and there was easy access to the pool and beach. However, I would not stay there again.

Christmas Vacation

We spent the week after Christmas here. Checkin was easy and everyone was very nice. The location was perfect, right on the beach and near everything. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. The beach chairs and wagon came in very handy. We would stay here again!

Disappointed !

Upon entering this condo, I was hit with a strong, horrible musty/mold smell. It was nauseating. Then, noticed buckling of one wall and shabbily repaired wall in the bathroom. Looks as if there was a water problem. Then, the vents were black with soot. In the second bedroom, the ceiling was black above the vent. I took pics of it. We also had a locked closet presumably filled with amenities such as toys, beach chairs and umbrella? Check in was a bit crazy because they couldn’t get their portable CC machine to work. Then, having to go to the other tower for parking validation was very inconvenient. It is not a smooth process! They (The Tides) also turned off the water, without any notice as we were getting ready for a family wedding. Nothing like bathing with bottled water. Another disturbing aspect was that the cleaning person came in as we were leaving and she brought in two rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a garbage bag and one pod for the dishwasher.- which is all that give you. She remade the beds that we slept in and didn’t change the sheets🤢 A family member rented a completely renovated 2 bedroom/bath condo, in the same complex that was impeccable and I paid more! The view was great as was the location. But this condo was such a disappointment and maybe the health department should be notified.
