We are committed to making your stay with us as smooth and enjoyable as possible. If you have any questions, concerns, or need assistance during your stay, our Stay Today team is available daily from 9:00 AM to 11:00 PM to help you.
If you require assistance outside of our regular hours, please don’t hesitate to reach out. We’ll be happy to assist you the following morning during business hours. Your comfort and satisfaction are our top priorities.
IMPORTANT GUEST INFORMATION
- Parking: Please use the designated parking lot in front of the house. A maximum of two cars is allowed.
- Pack 'n Play / Travel Crib: A Pack 'n Play (travel crib) is available upon request for an additional fee of $100. Please let us know at least one week before your arrival if you’d like it prepared for your stay.
- Late Checkout: Check-out time is 10:00 AM. A $100 late checkout fee may apply if the property is not vacated on time.
- No Smoking Policy: To maintain a fresh and enjoyable space, smoking is strictly prohibited indoors and in outdoor areas. A $500 penalty applies for violations.
- No Parties or Events: The property is for vacation use only. Parties, large gatherings, or events exceeding the permitted number of guests are strictly prohibited. Violations will result in immediate eviction without refund.
- Bugs & Critters: While we take preventative measures to keep the home pest-free, Florida’s tropical climate may occasionally invite small critters. Please keep doors closed when not in use.
- Toilet Use: Help us maintain a smooth stay by avoiding flushing paper towels, feminine products, or any large objects down the toilet.
