Park once and settle into Brickell. This bright, open-plan studio pairs one included garage parking space with a private patio beside the building’s shared pool deck. Restaurants, shops and Brickell City Centre are nearby, making it an easy base for your Miami stay.

Best for two guests; accommodates up to four with the sofa bed. The queen bed and sofa bed are in the same room, with no separate bedroom.

YOUR STUDIO
Unwind with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a TV and a dining table. Prepare simple meals in the kitchenette with a cooktop, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, cookware and dishes. The private bathroom has a bathtub with a shower.

The queen bed and sofa bed share one open living and sleeping space. Four guests can stay using the sofa bed, but the studio is most comfortable for two; larger groups will have less space and privacy.

PATIO & SHARED AMENITIES
Your private outdoor sitting area opens toward the shared pool deck. The pool, hot tub, gym, sauna and recreation spaces are shared with other residents and guests. Access is subject to building hours, rules and maintenance, including possible temporary closures. The pool is not private.

Paid washer and dryer facilities are available in the building, not inside the studio.

PARKING & ARRIVAL
One garage parking space is included. The garage has multiple levels with narrow ramps and turns; review the arrival instructions and vehicle fit before bringing a large vehicle.

Building registration and access steps must be completed before arrival. The studio’s smart lock does not replace the building’s entry requirements.
