Your Grove Home

This 2nd floor unit is a beautiful, new, clean Spanish/Island style Coconut Grove home. It has an outside stairway to a large balcony. There are 4 large bedrooms with walk-in closets. Master bedroom has ensuite bathroom.. Both bathrooms have walk-in shower. 3 bedrooms have king beds, one has a queen bed. Laundry is on-site with complimentary detergent etc. The house has hardwood floors throughout. Kitchen offers range, oven, kettle, microwave, espresso maker and coffee beans, blender and other items. Parking is free on-street. Wifi and cable tv in each bedroom and large tv in the living room.

Hidden Treasure

4 Day stay for a family wedding. Property was perfect! It was spotless and roomy enough for the 6 of us. Very well stocked kitchen! Appreciated the snacks and extra beach towels and linens. Beds were very comfortable and lots of storage/closet space. Loved sitting on the deck! Very private. Street parking in front was also a bonus. I would definitely recommend a stay here! Thanks Maria!

Everything was wonderful! The home was perfect for our family of four plus aunt and uncles. It was close to everything which made it convenient. Maria was super responsive and sweet. We could not ask for anything else.

Awesome House

We came down for a work trip and the location was perfect. The hosts made check-in a breeze and were there to help if we needed anything (they live next door). The bedrooms are big and all 4 of us had plenty of space. It's an easy walk to restaurants and I would definitely return!

Fantastic home in Coral Gables close to UM

Our extended family stayed in Maria's home for my daughter's graduation from the University of Miami. It was really close to the school, as well as a bunch of great restaurants and the beaches on Key Biscayne. The home is extremely clean and spacious, with so many nice touches (extra towels and toiletries, snacks, plenty of lighting, extra charging ports, TVs in every bedroom, etc.) The beds were super comfortable, and there were extra blankets if we needed them. Just an overall great experience!

Perfect Grove Vibe

Hosts we attentive at check-in but totally respected our privacy. They lived next door and were available when we needed anything. Very clean. Plenty of room—four big bedrooms , nice kitchen and living spaces. Perfect spot for exploring Coconut Grove and Miami, with agroovy Grove vibe.

Wonderful place to stay!

We were in Florida for a friend's wedding and needed a place to stay. This was a hidden gem! Beautifully renovated and spacious apartment with tons of room for us to be in for the weekend. And SO clean! The owners live next door and were so nice when we arrived, welcoming us to the area. They were available and nearby in case we needed anything. Easy parking spot right in front of the apartment was another great perk!

Clean, convenient, and amazing

We travelled fro Atlanta on spring break vacation and this property enhanced our stay. It is not only clean, but also feel like a luxury unit. It is conveniently located close to south beach, downtown Miami and other attractions. We will defined let our friends know about this property so that they can enjoy their stay the way we did.

Excellent stay!

Clean, quiet, and very comfortable!! Apartment was the perfect place for us to relax, eat, and sleep after long days on the water with kids sailing. Plenty of all the items you'd want in a home away from home, comfy beds, plenty of clean towels, kitchen set up was excellent, and nice little touches throughout. Location ideal for easy access to waterfront and the Grove. Communication with owners was timely and easy. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area for any reason.
