Hotel a Miami

“The shower/bath looks like it had water damage, and it sounded like a radio in one of the rooms close to mine was on full blast this morning. ”

“This hotel is good but the lady that greeted us after our long drive that day was rude and abrupt. All other staff were nice and bed and rooms were clean and fine. ”

“Clean room. Super friendly staff. Laundry on site. I slept in past breakfast. They allowed me a late check n out. I am so grateful for my experience. Would stay again ”

“3rd time staying here. Just right distance traveling to visit family. Wonderful owner and convenient place to stay on a road trip.”

“There were bed bugs in our room on 2nd floor as well as the rooms our team were in on the 8th floor. It took us hours to find other rooms for the team we had taken to Charleston to compete the next day. We will not book there again and will not recommend this property. ”

“The staff were friendly and kind. The hotel and our room smelled strongly of weed. The sink wouldn’t drain and the bathroom was in disrepair. The bedding was ripped and stained. I tried to contact Expedia and they said someone would call. It’s been a week and no one has called. Again the staff were all friendly and helpful but the building is need of a lot of repairs and a good cleaning for the smell. ”

“Did not stay room dirty matress grossly stained bed side table drawer would not close or stay closed missing handle. Waited 10min for someone to come to desk for check in when came down to leave no one around called out for another 10 min. Call GM no answer... left review/ complaint on choice website”

“The breakfast menu was not very good; the eggs were watery, and there was no fruit option. But the worst part was the pillows — they were flat and hard, as if they had been used a thousand times and had no fluff left, like a flattened cake.”

“Elevator was slow and the stairs took you outside, not to main lobby. ”

“The Hampton was sold out but staff provided a professional service to all patrons. Very informed in answering questions. Very clean room and facility. Buffet breakfast a large array of hot and cold options. Never have seen a better quality and variety. Great place.”
