“We stayed in a King Suite that had a separate door on the bedroom and a pullout couch. The room included a small kitchenette with a nice-sized fridge, way bigger than is typical. We didn’t use the dishes or appliances but did sit at the table & eat our take out. Room was clean but shower/bathroom showed small signs of water damage and could use a tiny update. “I want to start by saying the front desk and cleaning staff were very helpful and friendly. But this hotel needs attention. One of our mattresses was so broken down it was hard to get out of it. The carpets turned our socks brown. Our refrigerator door wouldn’t stay closed and we had to throw the room temperature food away. We generally like Hamptons and will stay at them again but probably not THIS Hampton. ”

“Stain on chair in the room, asked them to swap out chair. Never happened! SECOND day, new Manager said she would take care of it, NEVER happened! That night the original manager said he cleaned the chair. It was SOAKING Wet, and Still stained! The breakfast bagels and muffins were so stale, we could throw them and break a window!! The room had a smell of old vomit and BO. Avoid this property if possible. ”

“It was welcoming to pets and the property is in a great ideal location in which we could walk everywhere such as local restaurants and shops with easy access to the amazing trail. ”

“The room was spacious and clean. The art gallery and lounge areas were nice and welcoming. Not a lot of noise on the floors. The only draw back is the lot. There are lots of cement pillars in the garage, with narrow parking so you have to be very careful pulling in and out. ”
