“The location was very nice. The house was a nice layout and has a lot of potential. We really liked the place, but the house needs to be upgraded in many areas (shower, toilets, kitchen). Lots of dust under furniture and window sills. BBQ grill needs to be replaced (no heat deflectors, bottom rusted away completely). Our comments are meant to encourage owners to improve this property. It would definitely be worth putting time/effort/money into. It was a delightful place and we’d stay there...
