“The property was nice and clean. The room was comfortable. There was no ice machines on the second floor. But overall it was nice. ”

However, a day before our arrival we have learned that Henry’s restaurant where we had a birthday dinner reservation was closed which was disappointing as it was meant to be part of the overall experience. “This property is absolutely ridiculous. Toilet paper not supplied a kitchen with no pots pans dishes, silverware no cleaning service included with your stay. It’s literally just a room the front desk staff has no idea what they’re doing. The only front desk staff that gets anything done is Naomi? She needs to be the manager, but everybody else is completely clueless.”
