“Stayed in new chalet-type rooms across the car park, which has loads of room. Room itself was very clean, modern and soundproofed. Had dinner and breakfast there, which were very nice. Ideal quiet place for staying if visiting Norwich area. We'll definitely be staying again. ”

“Had previously read the reviews for the hotel and decided to give it a go. On arrival friendly welcoming. Got to room, smelt a bit of smoke. TV the size of a small PC monitor. Outside light on all night lighting up the room even with curtains closed. In the morning no heating until 0645. Tried to have a hot shower, no hot water despite running water for 5 minutes. ”

“Was very nice room to stay at especially as couple. Put the deposit in and still haven’t received it baxk after four days.”

“Expedia…. I accidentally put the wrong dates in for my stay, and I only realised once I’d booked, basically the wrong month.. When I tried to amend it they wouldn’t, they told me to cancel my booking (with no refund) and re book.. so I never actually stayed and the hotel got paid tegardless”

Per la cena si può scegliere tra il ristorante nell'Hotel con cucina araba, o il Pub Railways sulla strada per la Stazione ferroviaria. Colazione in paese o al Station Bistro della stazione ferroviaria”

“What a lovely stay, we stayed in the print room which was the perfect size, very homely and welcoming, overlooking the market square. Communication with The Dial House Team was via WhatsApp, they responded straight away and were always happy to help. The location is perfect being 30 minutes drive from some great sights. Breakfast was lovely, huge croissants. Honestly can’t fault anything. I’d definitely recommend and would love to stay again, I want to try one of the other rooms as they’re all...

“部屋は広く､スーツケースを広げても全く問題ないが、鍵がかかりづらく、また隣ではなく向かいの部屋の開閉の音が気になった。今回は立地第一条件だったので、満足だが、狭い階段の上り下り､スーツケースを持っては大変だった。 部屋の設備としてティッシュくらいは置いてもらいたい。”

“Camera nella media e bagno più che confortevole. Putroppo ingresso e corridoi, ma anche la camera, sono un po' maleodoranti . Probabilmente il problema è nato dalla giornata di pioggia e dal calpestare la moquette con le scarpe bagnate /sporche”
