And when we messaged the proprietors early the first morning to request a refund (the smell was that unbearable), they claimed, falsely, that they'd never heard from us. Never did get our money back for that first night. Steer clear!”

“The hot tub was broken and colder than the pool. The pool area provided towels but there were hardly any available. There was a pile of vomit on the side of the pool as well. And a mess of people’s trash and used towels everywhere.
Elevator to second floor was broken.
Rooms were clean but bed was very uncomfortable. ”

“The front desk lady was nice and the room was clean. Otherwise, it was pretty bad. Walls and doors so thin can hear everything, including people dragging their luggage thru the parking lot. The free breakfast had no meat, no eggs - pretty much danish and make your own pancake. The shower soaps and conditioner didn't work or were empty. The wifi password did not work”

“Abbiamo avuto una brutta esperienza ! La prima stanza assegnataci aveva il bagno sporco . Ho anche foto. La seconda la porta del bagno che non si chiudeva ed una puzza impregnata di fumo. Non hanno neanche voluto darci una compensazione. La colazione molto deludente . Cornetti e muffin vecchi e freddi da congelatore. Non torneremo mai più ”
