“My family stayed together at this beautiful home while in town for my fathers funeral and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The home had everything we needed, and the crib and kids’ toys made it especially great for the little ones.Mornings sipping coffee on the back patio while overlooking the pond were peaceful and exactly what we all needed. It was the perfect place to relax, spend quality time together, and make some great memories as a family. We would absolutely stay here again!”

“The house was in a great location for our visit. My daughter needed a few days at the Naval base, and this was less than ten minutes away. The house was as pictured and communicating with the owner was easy. He was very responsive when we had questions. The property was comfortable and kept us cool in the summer heat. The only thing I might add to improve the property would be a washing machine, but that isn't a deal breaker. There is a laundromat only a couple blocks away. ”

“This property is very retro which is very cool. However the owner needs to spend a little time fixing things up. The bathroom doors dont close properly. The bedroom light goes on after you flip the switch multiple times. The tv in the main bedroom is broken the bathroom in the main bedroom was marked as do not use… seemed that the chain on the flapper was just broken which is an easy fix. The pool table was awesome but of the six pool sticks only one has a tip on it. The main living room was...

“This is a host who NEVER disappoints!! My family and I stayed at one of his other listings and it was amazing so I knew this was going to be the same experience! Located on the Westside of Jacksonville means you will be close to everything and more! The animal theme in the house was great, hot hot water for the shower and comfy bed! Not overly decorative but felt like home. I could go on forever but if you're looking for comfort, safety and relaxation this is your home! Thank you Geoff and Kat...

“A beautifully decorated, comfortable, and spacious property.The back porch was our favorite place to gather for visiting and viewing the canal activities. It has a claw footed tub in the Jack and Jill bathroom. A large game room is on the second floor. Also many extra beds are available. The kitchen is well appointed with every possible need close at hand.”
