Welcome to Sunny Lemon in Middleburg, FL!

This great house has a lot of space - and a wonderful open feel! A fully fenced yard - great for your kids or small pup! We are pet friendly up to 25 lbs. Peaceful neighborhood - a lot of trees that surround the house and you are close to town - shopping - restaurants - and all that Jacksonville & Orange Park have to offer! The Owner's Suite features a king size bed, 2nd guest bedroom has a queen bed and the 3rd bedroom has a full size daybed. Two bathrooms - one with a walk in shower, the other with a full tub/shower combo. Full Kitchen including dishwasher and basic pots & pans, utensils. We also have an "escape cave" - which is a bonus area with a queen sleeper sofa, washer/dryer and SMART ROKU TV - the perfect place for the kids to hang out! There are also SMART ROKU TV's in the main living area and Owner's Suite.

Pet Friendly - pets less than 25 lbs - additional cleaning/pet hair removal fee required. Pets must be disclosed in advance. Fee is per pet - max 2 pups. All dogs are to be treated with Advantage or similar topical flea and tick repellent three (3) days prior to arrival. Fleas and ticks are very rampant in this area and can cause harmful/fatal illness to humans and pets. All items above are the sole responsibility of the dog owner. Failure to disclose the pet in advance will result in a $500 fee.

We are located about 45 minutes south of Jacksonville International Airport.

Several boat ramps around the area - so if you are bringing your boat to enjoy fishing along the Black Creek, St Johns River or Doctor's Lake - just let us know and we can let you know which options will be best for you!

You're 10 minutes from Whitey's Fish Camp - a great place on Doctor's Lake for your fish/seafood dining pleasure! Big Dawg's Sports Bar with their delicious BIG DAWG WINGS is about 10 minutes away. About 25 minutes from Naval Air Station Jacksonville (NAS JAX) and about 30 minutes to downtown Jacksonville for concerts & sporting events!

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE
Guest Arrival is anytime 4pm EST or after. If the property is approved for early arrival, you will receive a message letting you know you can arrive early and we will activate the door code. If you do not receive a message, then the arrival will remain at 4pm EST.

Guest Departure is anytime 10am EST or before. If you have not departed by this time and do not have written prior approval for a late departure, you will be assessed a $50 late departure fee for every 30 minute delay. The Cleaning Services we use schedule their teams for multiple cleans in advance and any unplanned delays create issues. With unscheduled/unapproved late departures, they are required to bring in additional team members to assist, which incurs a higher cost that must be charged. Any requests made for a late departure must be made a minimum of 24 hours in advance of departure time and are subject to approval/availability.
