“There was NO internet connection and I had business I needed to finish in the evening. The red “you have a message” light was on. When I finally went to the lobby and found someone, he said to disregard the flashing red light (it was still on this morning when I left) and said something about the motel had called someone to fix the internet connection but they hadn’t come! “Nice structure from the outside, they gave us room number 110, a terrible smell, dirty, the bedspread all dirty and greasy, the pillowcases smelled, there was still food residue in the microwave, bottle caps on the floor, dust, insects, the terrible bathroom. the manager of the facility was never found. a terrible experience and we were unable to contact and speak to the manager for a possible refund. very bad.”
