“The evening receptionist April was very friendly and helpful. The Suburban Suites side of the aged and partially renovated building are intended as long stays but because we only need one bed, we were put in Suburban Suites. The other side is EconoLodge and usually short stays. The room was clean but the hard floors had crumbs or something else on them. The room had a slight smell of old to it but it was clean. The bed was the worst part of the stay. My husband and I had rough time sleeping. It...

“I came in for a quick overnight trip and this was conveniently located. The room I stayed in was newly renovated and in great condition. The staff that checked me in was super nice and courteous. It's an older building so the walls are thin, thankfully I had quiet people around me. Definitely would stay here again next time I'm in the area.”

“Waited half an hour outside the hotel at 1:30am after driving 10 hours to wait for someone to unlock the lobby door and check us in. Then had to wait for the staff to find us a pet-free room even though we had pre-booked a pet-free room. It was noisy and we maybe got 2 hours of sleep. The breakfast was pretty scarce as well, even though we went at 6am as soon as it started. ”

“There was NO internet connection and I had business I needed to finish in the evening. The red “you have a message” light was on. When I finally went to the lobby and found someone, he said to disregard the flashing red light (it was still on this morning when I left) and said something about the motel had called someone to fix the internet connection but they hadn’t come! I honestly think the hotel should have returned some of the cost of the room. Is it too late for them to do that? Milton...

“The room was dated but clean and had every convenience. The bed was comfortable, there were several TV channels to choose from, a nice refrigerator and microwave and even an ironing board and iron. Patrick was very friendly and accommodating and I’ll stay there again next trip. ”

“Nice structure from the outside, they gave us room number 110, a terrible smell, dirty, the bedspread all dirty and greasy, the pillowcases smelled, there was still food residue in the microwave, bottle caps on the floor, dust, insects, the terrible bathroom. the manager of the facility was never found. a terrible experience and we were unable to contact and speak to the manager for a possible refund. very bad.”
