As you arrive at the property you have 2 car parking with an internal door leading inside the property as well as plenty of off-street parking.
Downstairs layout:
The second living area which is situated at the front of the property enjoys lovely ocean views. This area has plenty of seating, electric blinds and a large TV in the living space ready for the movie night or playing games. There is also a kitchenette with a bar fridge and a 7ft pool table convertible to air hocky table, table tennis and dining table.
Glass sliding doors leading out to the back undercover entertaining area. This space overlooks the backyard which is grassed and fully fenced. There is also a BBQ and large dining table.
There is ducted heating and cooling throughout the property.
Bedroom three has beautiful ocean view with a queen size bed, electric blinds and a built-in robe.
Bedroom four with garden view has 2 king single beds and a built-in robe.
The main bathroom has a large bath, shower and toilet.
Laundry with a washing machine and dryer as well as a second toilet.
Upstairs layout:
As soon as you walk up the stairs you will take in the sweeping views, don’t forget to pack the wine.
There is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area. These areas are light and bright with the living area having a gas fireplace perfect for the cooler months. Plenty of comfortable seating and a large TV.
The dining area will seat 12 people around a large table whilst the kitchen has induction cooking, oven, dishwasher, butler’s pantry with plenty of bench spaces, microwave, kettle, toaster, fridge, freezer, Delonghi coffee pod machine, well equipped, island bench and much more.
Glass sliding doors leading out to the undercover entertaining area. This area has a large table and 12 chairs for you to enjoy the beautiful ocean view.
Master bedroom has a king size bed where you can admire the views whilst having a lay in bed. There are electric blinds, walk in robe, ensuite and a balcony for that morning coffee while taking in the view.
Bedroom two has a queen size bed and built in robes.
