“Good location and not far from downtown Newport. We appreciated the free shuttle that went between the hotel and downtown. The hotel was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, the staff were friendly and helpful, the parking is free, and there is a nice patio and bonfire area. We would definitely stay there again!”

“This is a three star hotel that should be a best, a two star. On the surface it seems to have all the bells and whistles, however the general feel is that is is old and tired, and needs a really good scrub. Carpets that have seen better days, dust on air vents. The breakfast amenity is overpriced (pay per item( pre packaged gas station type food like breakfast sandwiches, juices and yogurt, seems not very popular with guests. Pros, the area we had our room was very quiet.”

“Good location to the beach and nice little private outdoor spot to sun and grill. The unit is on the second floor (as advertised) however the stairs are steep (as are most older homes), but could be hard for anyone older or with bad knees or hips.”
