The newly constructed home was built in 2023. It is quite large with a 2 car attached garage, unfinished basement, 4 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. Its lower level features an open floor plan with a 1st floor master suite and plenty of space for everyone.

The living area is the home's heartbeat- successfully combining the relaxing living room with an inviting dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. Large windows allow plenty of natural light to illuminate the space throughout the day. The natural light, laminate floors, and tasteful décor create a feeling of warmth and coziness.

Please refrain from smoking inside the home! Any smoking evidence will result in a fee for odor removal and furniture cleaning.

★ NO PARTIES/EVENTS ★
• No parties or events allowed.
• No smoking allowed of any kind inside the home.
• Please don’t eat or drink in the bedrooms. Water is okay.
• Please respect the noise curfew of 10pm - 6am every day.
• Please respect check-in and check-out times of 3pm and 11am.
• Please take care of the furnishings.
• Please don’t rearrange the furniture.
• No illegal substances allowed on the premises.
• NO pets are allowed.
• Subject to HOA rules.

If we find that the number of guests we are hosting in our home differs from the original reservation, we hold the right to charge an additional penalty fee of $50 per additional guest - per day.

If any of these rules are broken, we have the right to charge you for any damages done to the home. In some instances, we may need to modify your reservation and/or move you to another property. In those instances, it is agreed that there will be no host cancellation fee if you are not agreeable to the changes and we have to cancel your reservation.
