“The room was good and very clean. The staff were helpful and let us check in early. Breakfast was very good. The corridor leading to the room was a bit tired.”

“Sadly, the Belvilla has changed ownership once again and the facility is not worth giving any consideration at all. We checked in and immediately checked out. Bathrooms full of mold, carpets smelled, restaurant was torn up. I would strongly advise others to find another option if you are staying in Crewe. ”

“On arriving I was the outside appearance was a bit of a shock and I doubted wether as a single female traveller to stay there was some rooms where the curtains in the windows was torn down , broken chair outside , some of the other guests was outside let's just say was enjoying a few pints etc but I gave it a benefit of the doubt and went and checked in so I could see what the room was like before making a disision wether to not stay. We were met with an understanding smile and given clear directions to our room. The room was clean and warm with a comfortable bed. The room overall was a little tired.
