Case in affitto a Midland

“Highly recommend. My only regret is that we didn’t book a longer stay!”

“First off let me just say this, if people would do the right thing this world would be a better place. This house definitely do not represent the pictures that is posted. Checking in was easy and the host provided all information in a timely manner. After checking in of course your first thought is to scan the house, and we did and start to notice minor mishaps holes in the walls and doors not a big deal, however when it was time to go to bed every bed in that house had cinder blocks and pillows...

“Very nice place great quiet location. Well equipped!”

“We had a wonderful stay here. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. It’s located in a quiet residential neighborhood where you see school buses going by, which made the experience feel especially authentic. Even though we were visiting from Japan, we really felt like we were living like locals rather than just staying as tourists. The house was spacious enough for us to order Uber Eats and enjoy dinner together almost like having a little house party. It was a completely...

“Had a couple problems with the WiFi an an Netflix also the upstairs conditions or than that the place was great ”

“Spacious and clean! Perfect for a little get away with my friends in Charlotte!!!! Will book again next time we go back!”

“Everything was good. ”

“The property needs a cleaning. Old stuff in fridge and towels seemed not washed. Strong cigarette odor. Too many stairs wish that was mentioned more - not handi cap friendly. Mirrors were dirty.”

“The house was very clean and situated in a quiet neighborhood. Our family felt safe during our stay. Loved the fenced yard for those who travel with pets. Plenty of off street parking for our 2 vehicles.”

“We very much enjoyed our stay as it was perfect location, size for our Charlotte weekend for visiting our son who lives 2 blocks away in that beautiful neighborhood while his house had some new construction due to a new baby coming! We had many baby events to attend close by and it was so convenient! We definitely will put this property on our list and use it again when needed!”

“This was the second time I have stayed at this location, and both were great experiences! This cute bungalow is on a quiet street, close to shops and restaurants in Matthews. The home is comfortable, clean, and well-appointed. Communication with the owner was great. Will definitely stay here again when I come to Matthews.”

“Great location for everything we did. The only downfall was that there was a storm that came through the night we arrived, we lost power, and didn't get internet until we left. We were without internet the entire stay! That said the service is terrible in this area so, we had to make our plans away from the property.”

“The property was an older, unique and charming property. Set up inside was little odd. Nice having Keurig coffee pot available, however 3 pods were insufficient for our stay. Toilet was low and leaned to the right… House had many live plants, however about 4 appeared to be dead and should’ve been removed. Bed seemed comfortable enough and overall not bad place for couple nights stay. They also had washer/dryer inside which is plus for travelers.”

“Great stay very clean and easy”

“Perfect home for our needs . Was as represented in the listing and in a wonderful safe neighborhood 15 minutes from the city center.”

“Great location”

“Stay was very good but we had no bathroom tissue. We would love to come and visit with you again.”

“The stay was wonderful, and the host was attentive and responsive throughout. I’d gladly return.”
