“Had to wait 10 mins for clerk to come out and check us in. She was still buttoning up her pants and fixing her belt in front of everyone. Room was nice and clean but the lights and noise from outside was so loud and bright in the room. It sounded like the window was open but they do not open.”

“Very friendly staff and the airport shuttle service easy and convenient. Lobby area clean and inviting, but the building and rooms overall are showing their age and in need of a rehab. The hallways were cavernous with low ceilings, the rooms drab. Room was clean and tidy, just in need of some updates. I would have given 3 stars, but the friendly staff and shuttle driver bumped it up to a 4.”
