Hotel in zona Midtown, Galveston

“Clean room, clean property -minus the stairwells which were gross- friendly and helpful staff. Our one complaint is the horrible noise from the elevators that we listened to round the clock from the time we were checked in until we checked out. It’s constant - every time the elevator goes up or down it’s extremely loud in the room. We were comped a free breakfast because our room wasn’t ready at check-in. Not a huge deal and we appreciate the breakfast. We were also comped parking for the night...

“The location, size, and price were awesome for our family. The washer and dryer left alot to be desired. As a party of 7 who had been on the road for 2 days, I just wanted to wash clothes before we got on a ship for 7 days. My daughter's had to take turns throughout the night to get the loads washed and dried.”

“Breakfast buffet was very good. They had eggs, bacon, sausage, biscuits / gravy, waffles, fruit, cereal, muffins…and probably some other food as well. Our room was very clean, super spacious, full kitchen, massive walk-in shower, and the bed was very comfortable. We stayed there before embarking on our cruise and getting an uber in the morning was quick and easy. It was about 6 minutes from the port.”

“The floor was filthy in our room. There was no dresser to put our clothes in. No Kleenex in the room no notepads or a pen. The bathroom was very tiny only large enough for one person”

“Se va la luz muy seguido, el precio de fin de semana es al doble de entre semana , a las 11 te tienes que salir puntual , el aseo lo tienes que solicitar, no lo hacen si no les dices , algo prepotentes las empleadas , no hay amabilidad, creo trabajan a fuerza , 2 estrellas es lo más que yo les daría.”

“For a beachnut family who still needs quiet space with littles, this place was AMAZING! The kids themselves loved the rooms and decor. Our son really felt like he was a pirate himself. We even stayed an extra night in a different room and the process was a true breeze. The new loft, just as gorgeous 😍 ”
