“The staff was very helpful. Sabrina was extremely kind on check in. I left my bathing suit by accident and they are holding it for me. The activities room is very well stocked for kids to play and create. The hot tub is exceptional and the pool is great too. The condos are roomy and family friendly. We encountered a lot or little worms coming through a not tight doorframe which was annoying and hopefully will be addressed. Comodissimo per andare ai parchi Disney con l’auto, nei giorni di capodanno sia la mattina che la sera siamo andati e tornati in 15 minuti. É disponibile anche uno shuttle su prenotazione. “this is my favorite hotel ever, have stayed here multiple times. however this time my room had several bugs in it, I think the person who stayed in it before didn’t close the balcony door properly. It was tough to get service at the bar, servers seemed to be helping other guests more. it said you could pay for late checkout but when I asked about it they said it was booked. that being said the resort is beautiful and I always enjoy my time, was just slightly disappointed this time. ”

“ Wanted to love this because I’ve stayed there twice before and loved it. The property is due for a refresh, but the rooms were spacious and comfortable. The beds were good and the kitchens were well stocked . My issue was really with the main pool at night. There was trash floating in two of the pools that gave it an unkept feeling but the worst was all of the pot smoking going on in the hot tub area . It was blatant. . I’m. “The room was beautiful and spacious. Not many things to fo on the property like The westgate down the street but it was still enjoyable. The tvs need updated but thats a personal thing. The shower in our bedroom did not get hot but maintenance came and said the knob was installed wrong so there was nothing they could do at the moment. Thay wasnt too bad though. Everything else was perfect.”

Case complete veramente di tutto: forno, tostapane, mixer, fornelli, lavastoviglie, asciugatrice, lavatrice, frigo con frezzer (molto capiente) ,ferro da stiro, stoviglie ecc.inoltre c'è una veranda con una vasca idromassaggio. Angolo cucina e soggiorno sono molto confortevoli con TV 50 pollici e grandi divani camere e bagno spaziosi. Tutto ottimo, unica cosa che non ho apprezzato è il fatto che le pulizie bisogna...
