“The updated WiFi works great! I have a kitchenette unit, it is very spacious, and very easy to use appliances. The bed and pillow are heavenly, and this is a huge must for me as I suffer from neck and back issues. The staff are all very accommodating and friendly. I will say, if you don’t like the sound of sirens, this wouldn’t work for you, as there are plenty, due to being right next to the local hospital. ”

“I had bugs in my room. The kitchen area was decent. My room smelled bad..like intense body odor and was hard to sleep. I had to go to the store for odor sprays and disinfectants. Then an fire alarm went off at 6am for testing when it was scheduled for 9a. This alram wasnt a normal fire alarm sound. It was a piercing long beep. I eneded up with a severe headache that effected my vision and ringing in my ears. I had a big meeting that I couldn't do. I requested a refund at the front desk and left....

“I’ve stayed at this hotel twice and loved it both times. Will stay again when I’m in Puyallup next!”

“The room was clean but smelled VERY strongly of cleaning product chemicals when we arrived at 5pm. We left and returned at 9pm and the smell was still strong. It is directly across the street from EQC casino and a busy road so it is VERY loud. We could not sleep the entire night. They require a $60 in cash only deposit that you get back at check out. Just fyi. The parking was easy and close to the room. There were rooms designated on the bottom floor for people with disabilities that were...

“Room and property were on the newer side. Very comfortable and breakfast was impeccably maintained and stocked with what can only be described as homemade breakfast meats. Would highly recommend this property. ”

“Could not enter lobby. Had to do transaction through a "ticket window". Had to sign the back of a "paper". He said he needed that for expedia. Room was horrific soiled bedding, cigarette burns in bedding, etc. People walking on the outside of rooms looking in the windows. I went back to the window and told him I wouldn't stay there and that I wanted a refund. He said he would ask Expedia to refund it.I just wanted out of there. Actually very scared and uncomfortable.”

“Pictures are deceiving on website.. I paid for a jetred tub room-unable to use- no way to plug tub up.. fridge had loud hum all night, premises and hallways dirty, full of teash- due to the hotels.com website incorrect advertising- there is a Sunshine I and a Sunshine II.. Sunshine I took my money, but didnt have jetted room, stated they were unable to refund money- so sent me to Sunshine II.. who didntcallow dogs (I have a dog and paid extra deposit at Sunshine I). Manger made an 'exception'...
