“For the most part, the stay was good. The surrounding area seemed a bit loud at times, which can only be controlled so much by the hotel. The room was mostly clean. We ended up using a disinfectant wipe on the remote control for the TV, because that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in quite a while (or the previous guest was just that disgusting). “Skip and Jane were wonderful hosts! Everything you would expect from a Victorian home bed and breakfast. Lost of history to see and enjoy. The yard and gardens were well groomed, the rooms were very clean. There happened to be a major heat wave when we were visiting and they brought a portable AC unit to our room on the 3rd floor to make sure we were comfortable.
