Place was newly renovated, staff were very polite and helpful, also it was a very clean, breakfast was great but few problem, it is not easy accessing this place by public transportation, at least 10 minutes walk and in a very shady place that you don’t want to do it after it gets dark unless you want to use a taxi, also on the ad it mentions air conditioned but when we were there although the room was 27 degrees (80 Fahrenheit) but because of energy saving rules, city of Milan prohibited using the AC, so we went down and complained they moved us to another part of the hotel that the room was getting to 25.5 degrees.
- bathroom fan was working like a HRV system (because of energy saving) so there is no switch for the bathroom fan, so it turns on a timer every now and then or works on a very tiny airflow, so if you are going to use the bathroom right away it takes an hour before it refreshes.
We where from Canada we did not expect this much heat so we opened the windows for the night to get cooler because there was no screen on the windows mosquitoes did not let us sleep and I had to close the windows again and walk till morning to get ride of the them :) Long night :)
