Smart hotel? I don’t think so
Smart Hotel? I don’t think so. This IS NOT a 4 star hotel. The so called bedroom desk was a raised bench, with a bar stool so your feet could not touch the ground. So uncomfortable . When I asked the receptionist if there were any spaces in the hotel with a desk, she said come and sit in the lobby on a lounge chair. There is temperature control in the room but it is pre set by the hotel. I asked to be able to change it and was given “permission” to change it manually. I felt like a naughty schoolboy. What’s the point of having it if the customer can’t control it? They pretend to be sustainable but have disposable plastic cups in the room.Bathroom had a slither of soap and front desk was generally indifferent. As for the breakfast - overpriced and probably the worst hotel breakfast I’ve ever had - Cold coffee, cold eggs and mostly backless seats in the breakfast room. What is it about this hotel and it’s uncomfortable seats?Glad I didn’t pay in advance for all days. There is a resteraunt over the road where you can get a better breakfast with better service for half the price. There were also. no glasses, cups , tea or coffee in the room. Very disappointed in this hotel - more dumb than smart and absolutely laughable that it says it’s 4 star. The only good thing about it was the bed was reasonably comfortable. I’m sure there’s better options around this area
