VILLA in the heart of MILANO ( x 6 persone )

Our bright villa is in the heart of Milan, situated in a pretty private cul-de-sac of detached villas, which is closed to traffic.The villa is equipped with fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, TV SAT. It is split across 3 levels and a total of 160m2.
We are applying all the recommended rules to defend our guests and ourselves from Coronavirus. In fact, between one booking and the next, we air the rooms, carefully disinfect all surfaces and objects that can be touched by guests, wash bed linen and bath towels at high temperature and using disinfectant detergents.
The ground floor consists of a large dining area and sitting area, as well as a bathroom and fully equipped kitchen with induction cooker, oven, microwave oven, fridge, dishwasher, kettle and juicer. The luxurious sofa in the living room becomes a comfortable double bed, if necessary.
The first floor has 2 bedrooms (1 with double bed, the other with 2 single beds) and a bathroom.
The naturally lit below ground level has a large fully furnished, airy and bright room. It has a large double bed and study area with a desk for any work needs.
There are 6 beds in total, 4 beds in the two bedrooms on the first floor and 2 beds using the double bed in the below ground room or 2 beds using the sofa bed (double) on the ground level.
In the laundry room, there is a washing machine with washing detergent, iron and ironing board, stencil.
The property features a large garden and large terrace on the ground floor, as well as a terrace on the first floor. These are equipped with chairs, tables and armchairs so you can enjoy a relaxing coffee or an al fresco dinner. There is fenced parking space for 2 cars at the front of the property.
The villa is newly refurbished; all the furniture, apart from a few vintage items, is brand new - including beds, mattresses, sofas, and wardrobes. The bathrooms and kitchen are brand new as well as linens, dishes and utensils.
To make your arrival as stress-free as possible, a nice bottle of Italian wine, tea, coffee, and water will be waiting for you. Slippers, soap, shampoo, shower gel, 2 hairdryers, etc. will be available in the bathrooms.
There are also guidebooks in both Italian/English on the lesser-known and more characteristic attractions of Milan.
How to get around.
The villa is very well connected to all areas of the city by metro, trams and buses. The villa is a 3-minute walk from Zara metro station, which is on line 3 (yellow) and 5 (lilac) - You can reach the Duomo, shopping areas and museums within minutes, as well as the Centrale and Garibaldi train stations. The villa is located in a neighbourhood of small detached villas close to the lively Isola district. Isola’s cafes, bars and restaurants are all within 5 minutes walking distance.
The villa is situated in a gated cul-de-sac closed to public car traffic and therefore very quiet.
Umbrellas are available (hoping they are not necessary!).

Neighbourhood overview.

Luminosissima villa nel cuore di Milano, in un grazioso quartiere di ville indipendenti raccolte in una rete di strade private chiuse al traffico. Dotata Wi-fi, televisione satellitare ed aria condizionata, è situata su 3 livelli, per un totale di 160 mq.
Stiamo applicando tutte le norme consigliate per difendere i nostri ospiti e noi stessi dal Coronavirus. Tra una prenotazione e l’altra infatti arieggiamo gli ambienti, disinfettiamo con cura tutte le superfici e gli oggetti che vengono toccati più di frequente, laviamo biancheria da letto ed i teli da bagno ad alta temperatura ed utilizzando detersivi disinfettanti.
La casa è composta da un salone doppio al piano terra, zona pranzo e zona salotto, con bagno e cucina perfettamente attrezzata con piano di cottura ad induzione, forno combinato elettrico ed a microonde, frigorifero, lavastoviglie, bollitore, spremiagrumi. In salotto il lussuoso divano, se necessario, diventa un confortevole letto matrimoniale.
Al primo piano 2 camere da letto (1 con letto matrimoniale, l’altra con 2 letti singoli) perfettamente arredate ed un bagno.
In taverna un grande locale completamente arredato, arioso e luminoso (ampia finestra come negli altri locali),con ampio letto matrimoniale e zona studio con scrivania, per eventuali necessità di lavoro.
In totale 6 posti letto, (4 nelle stanze al primo piano, 2 a piano terra o nel locale in taverna).
Nel locale lavanderia, di fianco alla taverna, sono disponibili lavatrice con detersivo, ferro ed asse da stiro, stenditoi.
Ampio giardino e grande terrazzo al piano terra e terrazzo anche al primo piano, tutti e tre attrezzati e da vivere con sedie, tavoli e poltrone per un caffè rilassante o una cena all’aria aperta. Nel giardino possibilità di parcheggio recintato per 2 automobili.
Appena ristrutturata, tutto l’arredamento, a parte alcuni pezzi d’epoca, è nuovissimo inclusi letti, materassi, divani, armadi: bagni e cucina sono nuovissimi, come pure la biancheria, piatti e stoviglie.
Per rendere confortevole l’arrivo degli ospiti, saranno a disposizione una bottiglia di pregiato vino italiano, the, caffè, acqua, come pure quanto serve in bagno (ciabatte, sapone, shampoo, bagnoschiuma, 2 asciugacapelli etc.).
A disposizione degli ospiti anche alcune biciclette per visitare Milano in modo indipendente ed un libro / guida in italiano / inglese sulle attrazioni meno note e più caratteristiche di Milano.
Come muoversi.
La villa è collegata benissimo con tutte le zone della città con linee di metropolitana, tram e bus. La villa è a 3 minuti a piedi dalla fermata "Zara" delle linee 3 (Gialla) e 5 (Lilla) della metropolitana. Potrete raggiungere il duomo, le zone dello shopping ed i musei in pochi minuti, come pure le stazioni ferroviarie "Centrale" e "Garibaldi".
