“My expedia says check in at 3:00. Hotel says 4:00 and they were terrible at communicating when rooms were done amd we didn’t get in until 4:30. Parking was ridiculously expensive and they put two pending charges for $192.00 and $242.00 before they figured out the correct amount. Had to call back because they charged me for two valet parking permits when i purchased one.. not a great experience”

“Check in was normal and that is where our expectations & reality separated. Entering the room one of the very first things we noticed was a huge cobweb about 12 -18" long in the corner. Next while depositing our bags in the room i was almost hit in the head by one of the closet doors as i tried to open it as neither were on the track. They were leaned in the opening. “When I walked into the property, the young lady was lent over-the-counter. Can I help you with an attitude then she said I don’t know how you were able to even book we overbooked. We tried to call you, but we didn’t have a number on file. I had a real nasty attitude and told me to go to another hotel. ”

“The shuttle was excellent used several times and drivers were prompt and so pleasant! The breakfast was great would recommend for others to stay ! 😊”

“Room smelled of cigarettes, had to leave and book another property, check in and location was awful and hard to find. Property is nothing like it is described in booking. Bed was comfortable for the one night I stayed”

“We stayed overnight while visiting friends in the area. Everything was perfect, from the smooth and friendly check-in to the amazing breakfast (the crustless quiches were 🔥!). Super clean rooms with comfy beds- highly recommend this location if looking for a budget-friendly hotel. ”
