“The Best Western Greeley is a nice well run hotel with a great staff.”

“The front desk staff members are both professional and friendly (helpful too). The workout room is well stocked so that you could get a good workout in. (We did not use the pool.) Breakfast is probably a 4 out of 5 but we certainly enjoyed it. The location is a big plus for us. We have stayed here twice and will stay again in the future.”

“Bathroom door would not close, shower curtain broken. Too much noise outside the room. Kids screaming people yelling.”

“Beds were adequate.The room had several areas that were damaged and needed attention. I took pictures. Breakfast was fine with a good variety. Hot tub was not hot and only 1-2 jets working at full force. For what we paid, it should seem that the room wouldn’t have damages and should have been fixed prior to having it available. Also do we pay for not using the room safe if we didn’t use it? It’s like the available mini bar in hotels, but you pay only if you use it. It could have been nicer...

“Nice room. Very comfortable. Bathrooms were good with walk in showers and plenty of room on the sink countertop area. Good breakfast and nice area for seating in the eating area”

“Room is filthy and smelt strongly of Pinesol. Vents were covered with dust, bathroom sink was clogged and shower drain was moldy.”
